Went to Rise at Marina Bay Sands (http://www.marinabaysands.com/Singapore-Restaurants/Casual-Dining/Rise/)..
It is located at the hotel side of MBS. not at The Shoppes.
my first impression = bad customer service. the waitresses probably thinks they work in MBS and can be arrogant and unfriendly. pissed. the food seems bad to me after that. no mood to enjoy the food. Besides, the food wasn't so nice either, after trying Todai @ The Shoppes MBS (www.todaisingapore.com).

In the big bowl is almond longan, next is nonya kueh and in front is mochi. don't like the mochi.
